Hi everyone, first of all, I would like to say how excited I am for this upcoming year and I hope you are too! Since I will be getting to know all of you throughout the course of the year, I'd like to tell you a little bit about myself so you get to know me too!
I grew up in Mahopac, NY and went to school in Mahopac. Throughout high school, I did 300+ community service hours all working with children. I worked in classrooms, summer reading camp and also extracurricular activities. After high school, I went to Quinnipiac University to get my undergraduate degree. I majored in Sociology and minored in Psychology. Over my time at Quinnipiac, I interned and worked in two different elementary schools. I also was part of the Sideline Cheerleading team. The team did various volunteer work with children. After receiving my undergraduate degree I moved onto getting my graduate degree in Childhood and Special Education, MST from Pace University.
